Then, suddenly, you see the mouse cursor of your computer moving on the screen and you’re not the one controlling it.  You’re stunned! You try to regain control of your device to no avail. This is exactly what operators at a regional energy company in Western Ukraine experienced in 2015, when hackers launched a cyber attack (against the company), which resulted in a power outage that affected roughly 225,000 customers.
